Tourists come to the cathedral for its impressive architecture and design, as well as for it's equally impressive (and strange) history. There's a nice pedestrian bridge at the back of the building.

There is a venue right under the temple that one can rent for a party. Faith has little to do with this place - more like a very beautiful ceremonial building for the Russian Orthodox Church Party.

If you look for toilet, go out and cross the street, enter the art gallery before Pushkin museum. It's free and could save u from trouble.
