Breathtaking views. Entrance is free but cost 1euro to use the telescope. Parking around the castle is difficult, most are reserved for residents.

We LOVED this castle. Wear sturdy shoes and climb the tower. Beautiful views. If you are a geocacher search for near by caches, there is one you will enjoy :)

Not everything is in English. Tickets are 7€ to see everything, and it’s worth a visit to the well (only by guide, and only in German). Don’t forget to climb the tower for panoramic views of the city.

Interesting history of the city and the Holy Roman Empire described in both German and English. The deep well demonstration is one for the kids and worth the extra cost.

Schöne Aussicht über Nürnberg, die Führung bezüglich der Geschichte des tiefen Brunnen war sehr interessant, im Museum sind viele tolle Exponate zu besichtigen
